The objective of the working team of the Centrale del Latte Puglia is that of an 'Apulian Milk' Plan that foresees a production in selected areas of the Region, of an 'Excellent' raw material, a 'Super Milk' that starts from animal welfare to give life to a short supply chain, involving operators in the sector willing to follow the rules of a specification able to characterize the product, enhancing the breeders and the image of the territory.
Lastly, an agreement has been reached with a Copacker to bottle a selected product that meets the best characteristics identified on a scientific basis because it is the result of market analyses and comparisons conducted thanks to the valuable collaboration of the University.
